At the Executive Committee, the Governor (Bashkan) of Gagauzia, Evghenia Guțul, held a meeting with Fahri Solak, Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities of the Turkic World (TDBB).
“During the meeting, we discussed the implementation of the agreements reached following the July meeting of the TDBB Administrative Council, including an experience-exchange program between the mayors of Gagauzia and municipal leaders from across the Turkic World, the organization of joint sports and cultural events, and other opportunities for cooperation,” Evghenia Guțul stated.
The Union of Municipalities of the Turkic World brings together more than 1,200 cities and municipalities from 30 countries and is recognized as one of the most authoritative international platforms for municipal cooperation.
