Delegation from Gagauzia headed by the Governor First Deputy of Executive Committee Vadim Ceban took part in the Forum of Mayors of cities of the countries of the Silk Road in the Republic of Kazakhstan
At the invitation of the head of the G-Global International Secretariat, from 1 to 4 July this year, Vadim Ceban, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of ATU Gagauzia, and Vitali Vlah, Head of the Main External Relations Department of ATU Gagauzia, take part in the Forum of Mayors of Silk Road Countries of Global Silk Road, which takes place in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Astana.
This forum is intended to unite the leaders of business, science, culture and art, media and literature, medicine, tourism and sport, located along the Silk Road countries, to the Assembly of the Silk Road Countries in order to effectively implement the project "One Belt, One Way".
Within the framework of the Forum, on July 3, the Roundtable "Living and Sustainable Cities: Covering the Future through Innovation and Cooperation" was held. During the roundtable, Vadim Ceban with presentation "New Opportunities for Investing in Gagauzia"
Participants shared their experience and management tools that can enable mayors to transform breakthrough innovative solutions to promote the development of cities, discuss the necessary mechanisms that will help the heads of regions and mayors cope with revolutionary business models and new challenges. It is important to note that one of the topics of the Roundtable was the financing of infrastructure projects.
