Governor of Gagauzia met with a group of deputies of the Turkish parliament

 On October 22 the delegation of deputies of the Turkish parliament paid a familiarization visit to Gagauzia. Parliamentarians met with Governor Madam Irina Vlah, and also visited a number of facilities built with the financial support of the Turkish government.
The Turkish delegation included deputies Jemal Öztürk, Metin Gundoudou, Uur Bairaktutan, a specialist in the apparatus of the Turkish Parliament Ersin Aydin and second secretary of the Turkish Embassy in the Republic of Moldova, Esra Shen. The guests were accompanied by the deputy of the Parliament of Moldova from Gagauzia, Ivanna Keksal.
In an interview with Turkish guests, the Governor noted the great contribution of official Ankara to the socio-economic development of Gagauzia. Representatives of Turkey, in turn, assured that their country will continue to implement social and infrastructure projects in the autonomy.

In Gagauzia, members of the Turkish delegation also visited the Lyceum. Suleiman Demirel in Kongaz, the kindergarten named after Nasrettin Hodge and the medical-diagnostic center named after Aziz Sanzhar in Comrat.
